Use Make's Iterator to loop over a list of recipients (everyone who completed a course, every attendee of an event, a roster in a Google Sheet) and the DocuPotion module runs once per item, issuing a personalised certificate for each. Pair it with a scheduled trigger to run it automatically at the end of every cohort.

Yes. Pass a unique value (a record ID from your trigger, an issue date, or a number generated in a Tools module) to a merge field like {{certificateId}} and it renders on every certificate, so each recipient gets a distinct, traceable certificate.
The DocuPotion module gives you two output types to choose from: a file or a hosted URL. The file output is the easiest option for most subsequent modules. Attach it directly to a Gmail or Outlook send, upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox, post it to Slack, or save it to a record in your CRM with no extra download step. Switch to the hosted URL output when the next module accepts a link rather than a file.
DocuPotion's Make integration works with any Make plan, including the free tier. Make's free plan covers a set number of operations per month, which is enough to generate a certificate and pass it to a downstream module like an email or storage upload. Issuing certificates to a whole cohort and logging the results back uses more operations, so heavier workflows may need a paid Make plan. There are no DocuPotion-specific Make plan requirements beyond that.
